Rates for Short Breaks £85 per night up to 2 people. £99 per night for up to 5 people. Minimum 3 nights stay required. To ensure your holiday gets off to the best start a welcome pack, plus a bottle of wine will await your arrival We regret no pets allowed No smoking allowed in the apartment Bath mats, tea towels can be supplied by request for a nominal charge Bed linen, towels etc not included, however we would be happy to arrange for these to be supplied separately by prior arrangement. The following supplemental charges apply: Double bed - (includes: 4x pillow cases, 1x sheet, 1x duvet cover, 2x hand towels, 2x bath towels) £12.00 per bed. Single bed (includes: 2x pillow cases, 1x sheet, 1x duvet cover, 1x hand towel, 1x bath towel) £9.00 per bed A £75 "Good Housekeeping" deposit is required with final payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay if property is left in a clean and tidy condition
